Un Santa Marina- Lancia siempre es sinónimo de “combate”. Sí queridos lectores, este es otro de los duelos ya clásicos en esta liga y siempre depara esfuerzo, derroche y mucha, mucha emoción, pues ambas escuadras luchan hasta el final agotando todas sus recursos para llevarse la victoria. No dan ningún partido por perdido haciendo válida la expresión “hasta el rabo todo es toro”.
El partido se preveía muy disputado, aunque los dos equipos se presentaban con muchas bajas. Eso sí, no defraudaron a la parroquia y dieron un gran espectáculo.
La primera mitad fue claramente visitante. Con un Santa Marina con las ideas muy claras. Presionando muy arriba la salida del balón e inexpugnable en defensa. Es cierto que no se jugó un futbol muy vistoso pero si muy vertical. Futbol a la inglesa que agradecieron los aficionados que acudieron al campo.
Como digo, la primera mitad fue para la muchachada, que jugo muy directo haciendo sufrir a Lancia a pelotazo limpio desde el primer minuto. Sus bajas en defensa se notaban y Santa Marina gozó de muchas ocasiones claras. El Rubio por la otra banda también tuvo una actuación notable y con Cheve surtiendo balones consiguieron dominar con claridad a sus oponentes.
Canario logro adelantarnos con un golazo. Pase largo de Javi Milla, Navarrin acomoda perfecto con la cabeza desde la frontal del área para Canario, que entra en segunda línea rompiendo la defensa rival y marcando un espléndido gol.
