2-5 MENTALIDAD GANADORA
Después de esta gran victoria contra AFA, y del partido anterior contra Gordoncillo, si uno se para a reflexionar, a veces no entiende el por qué se pueden jugar partidos tan distintos, en situaciones tan diferentes….Me explico queridos lectores. La semana pasada jugamos contra Gordoncillo, equipo que se presentó solo con 10 hombres. Gordoncillo aguantó todo el partido estoicamente, terminando con un meritorio 3-2. Aunque cayeron derrotados, se fueron con la cabeza muy alta y había que felicitarles por su gran partido.
Ayer sábado jugamos contra AFA, y por diferentes circunstancias nosotros solo pudimos reunir 11 hombres de una plantilla de 26. Con el contratiempo de que dos de ellos estaban tocados y no garantizaban poder terminar el encuentro. El mister les dijo que hasta donde llegasen. Sweet Ismael regresaba de una lesión muscular y eran demasiado 90 minutos, y CR Cristian tiene problemas físicos aún por determinar y tampoco garantizaba el poder terminar el partido, así como Navarrín Costa que está en proceso de rodaje.
Voy más allá, hace 4 años ganamos un partido de tercer y cuarto puesto, ni más ni menos que a Bustillo, con solo 9 JUGADORES, Y TIBURON CARTUCHO (UN CENTRAL) DE PORTERO!!! VAYA MACHADA…..
Y porque les cuento esto. Vamos a ir hacia adelante con el comentario. Y creo que todas las personas pueden aprender y agradecer un poquito hoy, esta crónica que rompe con lo cotidiano.
El estado mental de los jugadores es una de las partes más importantes a la hora de afrontar un partido. Casi lo es todo, y por eso se dan este tipo de situaciones.
Ayer la muchachada, los once, salieron con una concentración impresionante para abordar el partido y ganarlo, porque queríamos los tres puntos. Los jugadores que estaban tocados, hicieron un sobre esfuerzo increíble y los demás se multiplicaron en sus tareas para cuajar posiblemente (salvo errores puntuales), el mejor partido del año. Nada que ver con lo acontecido contra Gordoncillo. ¿Qué había cambiado?, solo nuestra mentalidad.
Nuestra mentalidad era otra totalmente distinta al día de Gordoncillo, simplemente eso, todo funciono como equipo, algo que el mister repite una y otra vez, pero que es muy difícil de conseguir cuando el panorama es otro con más jugadores de refresco, y además de altísimo nivel.
Esto mismo lo podemos apreciar en la alta competición también. Por eso el trabajo de un cuerpo técnico a la hora de mentalizar a un equipo, es tan importante. Y por eso, la disciplina, el compañerismo y la mentalidad con la que se sale a competir lo es todo.
Quiero felicitar de ante mano a todo el equipo por el trabajo que se está realizando durante el año, y hoy en especial a los once de ayer dieron un ejemplo de equipo. Un ejemplo de mentalidad ganadora
Como final a esta introducción, diferente a lo habitual, quiero dar otra pincelada para los curiosos….
Aparte de reflexionar sobre la importancia que tiene la mentalidad a la hora de afrontar los partidos, vamos a aprender un poquito de historia hoy en nuestra crónica. Nos remontaremos a la época de Alejandro Magno para rematar esta introducción, con algo que tiene mucho que ver con todo esto de la mentalidad ganadora…. También les quiero enseñar de donde viene la expresión “quemar las naves”.
Cuenta una la historia que en el siglo III Alejandro Magno desembarcó en la costa Fenicia y observo que los enemigos triplicaban a sus tropas.
Antes de que su ejército se viniese abajo moralmente y fuesen derrotados antes de comenzar la batalla, Alejandro mando “quemar las naves”, quemar todos sus barcos.
La maniobra militar de Alejandro dio el resultado que él esperaba. Conseguir una mentalidad ganadora dentro de sus tropas. “Señores si quieren volver a ver a sus familias solo nos queda, ganar, o morir.
El ejército de Alejandro Magno, ganó la batalla y volvió a su tierra en los barcos del enemigo.
Espero que les haya gustado esta historia, que es mucho más larga, pero que he resumido escuetamente para todos ustedes.
Y espero más aún que nuestros jugadores a partir de ahora hayan aprendido la lección y siempre quemen sus naves antes de comenzar todos los choques. Si conseguimos esa mentalidad ganadora seremos casi imbatibles.
La crónica:
Vamos ya con lo acontecido en el campo de trobajo. Campo de hierba artificial, diferente pero apetecible.
La historia ya la saben, 11 jugadores justos, ahora vamos a ver como se desarrolló el partido.
Santa Marina tomó los mandos desde el primer minuto y dominó de cabo a rabo todo el primer periodo.
Chispita por circunstancias actuó de pivote y fue el motor del equipo. Estaba lejos de la portería donde él es peligroso, pero en un campo tan corto, su labor era como la de un media punta. Caracoleó, distribuyó, jugó y se gustó. Se le veía alegre y muy suelto. El equipo rival no opuso apenas resistencia a un Cheve que estuvo descomunal.
AFA fue un equipo muy bisoño a la hora de destruir nuestro futbol, solo sus centrales estuvieron a la altura, amargando a un voluntarioso Navarrín Costa, que hizo lo que pudo ante sus dos mastodontes.
Nuestra defensa estuvo impecable en todos los sentidos. Morterina actuaba de nuevo como lateral, y a pesar de “bailar con la más fea”, aguantó y explotó al máximo su velocidad de reacción para amargar la tarde a su delantero que solo pudo lucirse en dos fallos garrafales de la muchachada.
A pesar de dominar y tener las mejores ocasiones, fue AFA quien se adelantó en un balón a la espalda de nuestra defensa, el único en el que su delantero logro romper el fuera de juego y ante la indecisión de salida de Titi, logro un gran gol de vaselina. Era el minuto 44 y parecía que se iba a llegar al descanso con este gol psicológico.
Pero nada más lejos de la realidad. A la siguiente jugada, Alfredo envía un centro chut desde su campo a la desesperada pues el tiempo ya estaba cumplido. El envío es desde más de 50 metros, el cuero se va envenenando y describe una parábola perfecta sorprendiendo a su guardameta que no esperaba ni mucho menos ese misil. Llegamos con un 1-1 pero hay que matizar que enviamos un balón al palo otro al larguero y Navarrín Costa tuvo otro gran disparo desde la frontal que llevaba marchama de gol, pero que finalmente despejo su guardameta.
Repito, descanso fácil para el mister, pues el equipo estaba muy concentrado en todo lo que tenía que hacer. Simplemente había reponer fuerzas y rezar para que ningún jugador tuviese problemas físicos y todos pudiesen completar los 90 minutos.
La segunda mitad fue más de lo mismo. Dominio abrumador de la muchachada y AFA aguantando el chaparrón.
AFA introdujo un delantero tanque en el inicio del segundo periodo, pero tuvo la desgracia que en su primera arrancada se lesionó y no pudo continuar.

Santa Marina era huracán de futbol y Chispita se redimió de su error arrancando en plan Messi desde el centro del campo, zafándose de todo lo que le sale al paso, y centrando con mucha precisión al lado contrario del área, donde Canario marca un golazo de volea.

AFA apostó a la desesperada por una defensa de tres, y acosó a pelotazo limpio a nuestra defensa, pero nuestra zaga fue un muro infranqueable en todas sus zonas.

Desear también que las lesiones de los jugadores de AFA sean lo más livianas posibles dentro de lo que ya es una lesión.
